Robert joined Brown Shipley over 25 years ago and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for the Bank in October 2012. He has day to day responsibility for the Operations, IT, Facilities Management and Transformation teams. For the five years prior to this, he had management responsibility for the firm’s client facing teams. He also has an extensive background in Credit and has headed the firm’s Risk Management and Internal Audit functions.
