Toby Vaughan starts his new role as Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

We are delighted to announce that Toby Vaughan has today started his new role as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), following his appointment in August.

Toby joins from Santander Asset Management, where he was Head of the Multi Strategy Solutions Team and responsible for the oversight of more than £14bn of assets across a range of investments.

In his new role, Toby is responsible for Brown Shipley’s Research and Asset Management unit, and will lead efforts to further strengthen Brown Shipley’s investment capabilities.

In his 17 years in the fund management industry, Toby and his teams have received numerous accolades and industry recognition for the management of portfolios and processes, both in the UK and internationally, including the Fund of Funds Investment Week Fund Manager of the Year award.
