What Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives are there at Brown Shipley?
I’m proud to say that Brown Shipley actively engages in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within its organisation.
Since I’ve been CEO, I’ve introduced our relationship with WealthiHer and continued to support LGBT Great. Our partnerships with these organisations, along with our own learning and development team, enables us to tap into a breadth of resources.
This allows us to challenge and educate colleagues with events focused on unconscious bias and our use of inclusive language. In addition, I’ve recently supported the launch of the DIVE (DE&I) network, which focuses on enhancing and cultivating a culture where all employees feel engaged and valued.
I feel the inclusive culture at Brown Shipley has supported me in being able to be my authentic self, including wearing the hijab and being able to be comfortable
in my skin.
Brown Shipley were so supportive and allowed me to change locations without the worry of finding a new job.

Working at Brown Shipley is fast paced — it’s different and it’s enjoyable. In part, it’s due to the fact that we have offices across major cities in the UK. These modern and technologically-advanced spaces have been designed to foster a collaborative workspace.
Being part of the Quintet Group also extends our network across Europe, where you’ll enjoy the same inclusive working environment you can find in our UK offices.
