I understand and consent to the processing of special category data, including collection, use, retention and storage of data or images from facial-scan technology and facial recognition technology (known as biometric data) by the technology vendor IDnow GmbH (“IDnow”), who has been carefully selected by Quintet Private Bank S.A. (“Quintet”), based on due diligence performed, certification mechanisms and information security measures implemented, encompasing encryption and restrictive access controls. This data will be used for the sole purpose of verifying my identitiy which is necessary for legal reasons in relation to the completion of my client onboarding by Quintet.
IDnow is subject to a formally binding contract to ensure your personal data is processed securely, retained in the EU/EEA and is kept no longer than necessary for the purpose intended, after which it will be deleted.
I acknowledge that I have been given a copy of the Quintet Privacy Policy “the Policy”, or that the Policy has been made accessible to me, and I have had an opportunity to review it and request any additional information concerning Quintet’s procedures and safeguards for collecting, maintaining, using, disclosing, sharing, storing, and/or destroying this data.
