To demonstrate our commitment to increasing female representation in our senior roles we have signed up to the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter. As part of this commitment, we set an objective to increase the number of women in senior management positions within the business to 25% by December 2020, we are delighted to report that we have hit this target. We are now working to increase this to 40% of women in senior management positions by December 2023.
Diversity & Inclusion is a key business priority for us and we will continue to work to ensure Brown Shipley is a positive workplace for people from all backgrounds and where colleagues have the freedom to be their true selves.
