Brown Shipley appoints Richard McGregor to new role as National Head of Court of Protection and Personal Injury

Brown Shipley, experts in wealth planning, investment management and lending, is pleased to announce that Lee Ramsden has joined as a new Client Director in its Manchester office.


Drawing upon his 13 years of experience, Lee will be responsible for developing new client relationships, building upon Brown Shipley’s well-established client base in the North West.


Lee joins from Barclays Wealth, where he was a Private Banker and Wealth Planner for over six years assisting a number of High Net Worth individuals. Lee’s experience includes managing a client portfolio of over £250m and he brings a range of key skills covering investment strategies, wealth structuring and complex planning structures.


Prior to Barclays, Lee also held the roles of Senior Wealth Planning Manager at Lloyds Bank and Wealth Advisor at Towry over a six year period.

Lee’s appointment also follows the recent announcement of Richard McGregor to the new role of National Head of Court of Protection.
