Q. What plans do you have in place to cope with coronavirus (COVID-19)?
A. We have already implemented a series of revised working arrangements to ensure Brown Shipley remains open for business and that all our services are fully operational. Our staff can all work remotely and effectively to support you. The health and safety of our staff and clients is paramount and we are following official advice from organisations including the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.
Q. How can I communicate with my Brown Shipley Adviser?
A. Please continue to contact your Brown Shipley Adviser as you would normally, by telephone, email or using the My Brown Shipley App.
Q. Are you going to be shutting your offices?
A. All our offices currently remain open and all of our services are fully operational. Should this situation change, we’ll inform any clients that will be impacted.
Q. Are Brown Shipley’s opening hours impacted?
A. Brown Shipley’s opening hours remain unchanged and we will continue to operate using our standard business opening hours.
Q. I have a meeting with my Brown Shipley Adviser at your offices. Should I still come in?
A. Until further notice we will conduct appointments by telephone rather than in our offices. You will be contacted by your adviser ahead of the meeting to confirm or agree alternative arrangements.
