For over 200 years, Brown Shipley has supported clients across generations. In recent years, we have been pleased to see a growing number of women shaping those relationships and enriching our client community through thoughtful engagement, meaningful discussion and the connections formed at our events. We value those connections and want to build on them.
What is the 'Beyond Value' community?
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to share that we have created a Brown Shipley female inspired community, designed to deepen conversation, strengthen connections and reflect the interests of the women who take part.
Across the wealth management industry more broadly, women have not always felt fully considered. From the language used to the topics prioritised and the voices represented, there is an opportunity to take a more considered and inclusive approach. We believe this community can play a positive role in addressing that.

A community shaped by women, for women
We are creating a space shaped by you, designed to feel relevant, thoughtful and genuinely valuable to the women who take part. A place where women can connect, share perspectives and feel inspired. Your interests, ideas and experiences will help shape the direction of the community, informing the themes and topics we explore, and ensuring it reflects what matters most before we begin hosting events and conversations.
The community will include:
- A network of like-minded women who value thoughtful conversation and connection.
- Interviews and discussions with leading women across business, culture, philanthropy and wellbeing.
- A series of female inspired events focused on topics that matter to you, bringing together insight, experience and dialogue.
Opportunities to connect with women across the UK and the wider Quintet network, supporting collaboration and learning beyond borders.
