We signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in January 2018, and at that time we had 18% female senior management representation. As at September 2025, 29% of our senior managers are female.
We are pleased to have recruited two additional females to our ExCo, where female representation has increased from 27% in 2024 to 40% in 2025.
Due to the boutique nature of Brown Shipley, small movement in structure can result in a significant impact on our overall senior leadership gender split percentage. We continue to be committed to creating a work culture where all females can progress within Brown Shipley.
Our female representation at Board level remains for a fifth year at 29%.
The continued development of our DIVE Network (Diversity, Inclusion, Values, Engagement) demonstrates our commitment to broader diversity as part of our culture strategy.
We recognise that we are on a journey and although we have not reached our December 2025 target of 40%, we continue to actively work towards this.
The Brown Shipley Executive team are committed to continuing to build a diverse and inclusive culture where all employees are equally included and where all employees are celebrated for their diversity.
